Moving to ResQ 

As part of streamlining our Employee Benefits-related processes, the team no longer uses email as of November. This means all queries about Employee Benefits need to be logged on ResQ. 

Moving to ResQ means added efficiencies and better turnaround times, which will further improve the way we serve and assist our employees. 

If you need assistance, log your query on ResQ under Human Capital and choose the relevant category:
