Michael’s colleague Hester Waterston-Louw says working with him has been a pleasure, and that his efforts have been crucial to the team’s success in the call centre.
“I know it can be tough sometimes, but it is really great to see the results of Michael’s work. Despite his busy schedule, he always makes time to be kind and helpful towards me and my fellow colleagues,” Hester says.
