Celebrating our bursary students

At AfroCentric Group, we are proud to celebrate the achievements and ongoing journey of our three exceptional bursary students – two in pharmacy and one in medicine – who continue to rise as future leaders in the health sector.

These young leaders have not only demonstrated academic excellence but have also shown remarkable resilience through the demanding journey of studying in the healthcare field.

As part of our Corporate Social Investment initiatives, our bursary programme is more than just financial support. While we proudly cover their fees, we also recognise that true success requires holistic support. That is why we prioritise our students’ well-being through access to mental health resources, counselling services, and wellness programmes that ensure they remain balanced, focused, and mentally strong.

What sets our programme apart is the meaningful engagement we foster between students and our leadership. Exclusive events like the CEO Engagement Lunch and the Chairman’s bursary Luncheon provide our bursary recipients with rare opportunities to connect with our Executives, share their experiences, and gain valuable insights to shape their professional paths.

Interning for success

Now actively interning at various hospitals, these future healthcare professionals are already applying their knowledge and growing their skills in real-world settings. Their commitment, adaptability, and strength reflect not only their personal dedication but also the power of support systems that believe in their potential.

By investing in their education and overall development, AfroCentric is proud to be nurturing the next generation of healthcare heroes, equipped not only to thrive academically, but to lead with compassion and purpose in their future careers.

We salute their journey and remain committed to empowering more students to dream bigger, aim higher, and transform the world around them.
