Leaders learn from each other

The biannual CEO breakfast is an opportunity for Ahmed to welcome new senior leaders to the Group.

Hosted by Tebogo Makoe, our Executive Director of Human Capital and Transformation, and with Ahmed Banderker, our Group CEO, as guest speaker, the breakfast provides an excellent platform for new leaders to network and discuss their role within the Group, as well as bounce ideas off each other to see how they can add even more value to their division.

Getting one-on-one time with our Group CEO is always invaluable, and the feedback on the experience the breakfasts provide is excellent. The next one will be held in July.
