Medscheme Expo creates connection

Medscheme hosted an on-site and virtual Expo experience in Roodepoort and the Boulevard, with virtual connect experiences for all other branches.

The Medscheme Care, Service – Amplified Expo aimed to create purpose and connection while celebrating the transformation of our business. It was an opportunity to connect with Medscheme’s people, to ignite our future – together. 

Running from 16 March to 12 May, the Expo consisted of seven journey experiences, each curated by a specific connect group consisting of key role players – gurus in their field of work. Attendees received Expo lanyards that held the Expo experience journey and QR code. 

The live events included Q&A sessions for attendees to engage with the experts. 

Twenty R500 Takealot vouchers were given away leading up to the Expo and further prizes were up for grabs during the events based on attendance, Q&A participation, and QR code completion.

Employees who attended virtually or on-site stood a chance to win. 

The Expo gave Medscheme’s heroes – its people – a better understanding of Medscheme’s why and how, while allowing them to reflect on their own personal why.
