For what reasons have you nominated yourself?

What makes you extraordinary? 

I have a very high commitment to the team and believe in working in a cohesive, co-ordinated, and collective way to resolve all matters at hand.  

What skills do you bring to the company? 

I have developed the skills of communication, leadership, conflict solving and being a good listener and adviser. I am also a strategic person with great leadership skills who can see any task to finalisation or execution, based on previous tasks I have succeed at. I am very committed to tasks at hand and will deliver these for the purpose of upholding the organisation’s objectives. 

How do you see yourself as a leader

I am an interpersonal leader who is willing to learn and achieve organisational objectives. My innovative plans develop because I believe in working hard to satisfy all stakeholders. 

How do you influence your colleagues? 

As a leader, I can influence others to exercise their power wisely and help them to control organisational context. I can assist in relation to planning, decision making and organisational strategy. 

What is your greatest strength? 

I am a self-starter, and my understanding of a task is always accurate. I have full confidence in giving feedback and am willing to learn and remain motivated. My response to feedback is very professional and profound, to the point of understanding and making others understand my feedback to them. I have developed my mindset over the years, but I am always willing to learn and develop further as an interpersonal leader. My section is well structured, and I am happy with it.
