Khadijah has an attitude of resilience and willingness to face failures (not that there are any). She’s patient and radiates both passion and love. 

 What is her attitude like? 

Whenever the team or I have a question, she’s the go-to person. You can ask Khadijah for assistance any time of the day and she will get back to you as soon as she can, even though she has her own work to finish. She’s alert, sharp and gets the work done when it needs to be done. She’s loyal and has a great personality. 

 How does she inspire her colleagues? 

I am inspired by her enthusiasm, how efficiently she completes tasks, celebrates others’ successes, and responds to uncertainty quickly. She’s smart, makes good decisions under pressure, and is always available whenever I need to vent. 

 What special achievements can you mention? 

Khadijah’s special achievements worth celebrating are always helping others, being the team leader’s second in charge, tackling tough tasks with calmness, and being assertive.
