World Password Day on 2 May reminded us to create strong passwords that keep not only our business but also our personal data safe from cyber-attacks.
Here are a few tips to lock down and safeguard your online accounts:
- Think before you click – be vigilant against phishing attempts and protect your sensitive information.
- Practice good password habits and keep updated to stay one step ahead of cyber threats.
- Your passwords must include upper and lowercase letters, paraphrases and a combination of at least 14 characters and numbers.
- Remember to change your password every month.
- Do not share your login credentials or write them down.
