Getting together to improve business
It’s not all work and no play for the Smart Services and Business Improvement Lab. The teams tapped into the power of collaboration with a team-building event at the Kloofendal Nature reserve near Johannesburg at the end of April.
The teams – decked out in red, blue, black, light blue and purple bandanas – enjoyed great views and good weather while competing in a few fun tasks, followed by a braai prepared by the respective team braai masters.
“The team spirit was awesome. Everyone enjoyed the day, with the purple team winning overall,” says Kumesh Pillai, Advanced Specialist: Smart Services.
