HP Service Manager software upgrade
AfroCentric Technologies is busy upgrading the HP Service Manager (ResQ) to the latest version, 9.80.
The upgrade will revitalise Service Manager and introduce modern capabilities to the technology, making the tool more resilient and adaptable to the digital enterprise.
All functionalities will remain the same, but the landing page will be updated.
While the upgrade is still in the development phase, Sizakele Chipeta, Head of Service Management at AfroCentric Technologies, says progress and timelines will be shared prior to production implementation and going live.
