One for the team
Celebrating teams in our workplace boosts morale, strengthens communication, and reinforces a culture of mutual respect and appreciation – and that’s exactly what the Hospital Claims Department in RDP did in May.
The team went to a beautiful setting at Create Lonehill, where they enjoyed a meal together and tried their hand at creative painting. They could choose from a wide selection of colourful paints to create crockery that was both personal and completely unique – all while enjoying each other’s company in a relaxed atmosphere.
