2023 Bonitas Financial Roadshow: a resounding success

Bonitas Medical Fund’s highly anticipated 2023 Financial Roadshow, held in July at The Orangery in Bryanston, was a resounding success. Drawing attendees from the financial world, both in-person and virtual, the event received overwhelming praise for its insights and information.

Central to the roadshow was the presentation of the Scheme’s 2022 Integrated Report, which sheds light on its financial performance and future strategic direction. What also set the event apart was the active audience engagement during the live streaming, with polls allowing attendees to express their thoughts on medical and financial matters. The high participation levels showed the relevance of the topics, making it a truly engaging experience.

According to Luke Woodhouse, Chief Financial Officer at Bonitas Medical Fund, Bonitas exceeded expectations for all key indicators in 2022, and the Fund is poised to continue on this positive trajectory. This performance speaks to the strategy that’s in place as well as the Scheme’s overarching aim to make quality healthcare more affordable and more accessible.

After the live webcast, Dr Imtiaz Sooliman, founder of Gift of the Givers, spoke to the in-person VIP attendees about the importance of his organisation’s partnership with Bonitas as well as the renewed sponsorship. Dr Sooliman’s talk was well received and a highlight for many. It concluded with a signing of his latest book, Imtiaz Sooliman and the Gift of the Givers – A Mercy to All, which all in-person attendees received on the day.

The roadshow’s success solidifies the Scheme’s leading position in the healthcare financial sector while highlighting the importance of continuous engagement with clients and stakeholders. The positive reception speaks volumes about Bonitas’ commitment to excellence and delivering value to its members.
