Show your colleagues you care

There is still time to show your appreciation for your workmates by nominating them for the AfroCentric Citizen, Community Citizen and Shaping our Future Awards. The ceremony has been postponed to early 2024 and all nominations that were made are still valid.

We know that within our teams there are incredible individuals who deserve to be recognised. You work alongside them, you see their commitment, and you experience the positive impact they have on the Group daily. It’s time to give them the spotlight they deserve!

Here’s how you can get involved:

Step 1: Identify deserving colleagues

Think about the individuals in your department or across AfroCentric who consistently demonstrate exceptional dedication, innovation, or teamwork. They might be unsung heroes, mentors, problem-solvers, or leaders who inspire others.

Step 2: Submit your nominations

Take a moment to complete the nomination form. Share your insights into why you believe your colleague deserves recognition. Be specific and heartfelt in your submission – it’s your chance to celebrate their hard work.

Step 3: Acknowledgement

By participating, you’re not just recognising outstanding colleagues, but you’re also helping to create a culture of appreciation and acknowledgment within AfroCentric. Your nominations will have a lasting impact on the morale and motivation of our team. All nominations will be considered for the annual awards.
