Report criminal cases against you
Did you know you have a duty to inform our company within 48 hours if you are facing any criminal charges or if you have been found guilty of a crime?
If there are any criminal charges being pressed or cases opened against you, where you stand accused of contravening the laws of the land, you need to inform AfroCentric.
You must also inform the company as soon as a guilty verdict is passed in a court of law concerning any historic and/or pending cases.
The sanctions of any criminal cases have to be communicated to the company in good faith, as it may affect or prejudice the AfroCentric Group’s reputation or pose inherent risk to the organisation.
