A warm welcome
We all know how intimidating the first day can be for new employees – they don’t know the lay of the land, they’re unfamiliar with the processes and systems, and they don’t know anyone. Here’s a heartfelt shout out to Leatitia Tshali, Talent Specialist: Human Capital, for making our newbies feel welcome.

The welcome was great and the address by Satish Antony, Executive Manager: Actuarial, stood out for me, especially talking about Vision 2030 – Personalised Care. He highlighted that innovation is key to achieving the group’s goals.
I’m looking forward to learning and growth. Healthcare is totally new to me, but I’m eager to apply my expertise and help the business manage risks effectively.
