Flowers for Ma-E
Resilience and dedication are the secret ingredients in Ella Letlole’s recipe for success. A Team Leader at Medscheme, Ella celebrated 33 years of service at the company in July.
Mam’Ella or Ma-E, as her colleagues at the Bonitas Call Centre fondly call her, is known for her loving and caring nature, which has inspired her team to work harder and do better.
“Ella has found her growth with the company and the company has grown with her – she knows everyone! With this note of appreciation, I am giving her ‘flowers’ to honour her,” says call centre colleague Monde Mlambo.
“In the four months I’ve known her, her commitment, her drive and love for her job has never faded, regardless of the pressures. She is always ready and willing to work hard, and that is an inspiration to me. Her attitude has taught me to love what I do with every fibre of my being.”
Ma-E, who has nurtured many colleagues over the years and encouraged them to go on to higher achievements, is selfless and never gives up.
