Michael\u2019s colleague Hester Waterston-Louw says working with him has been a pleasure, and that his efforts have been crucial to the team\u2019s success in the call centre.<\/p>

\u201cI know it can be tough sometimes, but it is really great to see the results of Michael\u2019s work. Despite his busy schedule, he always makes time to be kind and helpful towards me and my fellow colleagues,\u201d Hester says.<\/p>
