It was a moment of connection, reflection, and healing. Led by Nicole Dreyer, Ignatius Mapheto, Linda Mkudu, Nadine Viljoen and Heidi Sinclair, the event was a safe haven where men could explore their identities, challenge societal norms and support one another in their personal growth journeys. The session tackled complex themes with honesty and compassion, including:<\/p><ul><li>Masculinity vs. humanity: Redefining strength through vulnerability.<\/li><li>Cultural influence: Examining how history and heritage shape our values.<\/li><li>Emotional expression: Encouraging openness over silence.<\/li><li>Living by principles: Choosing values that guide our actions.<\/li><li>Socialisation and identity: Understanding how upbringing influences choices.<\/li><li>Leadership perspectives: Honouring women, especially single mothers, as powerful leaders at home and in the workplace.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-486040c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"486040c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The way forward<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13f10c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"13f10c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The session laid the groundwork for deeper, ongoing conversations. It proved that when given the right environment, men do\u202ftalk \u2013 and what they share can lead to real change.<\/p><p>We call on other AfroCentric Group entities to follow Fedhealth\u2019s lead.
