with Disabilities (3 December), shines a light on the challenges and triumphs of people living with disabilities, reminding us that many still battle daily barriers despite a constitutional guarantee to equal access to opportunities and services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1de5dc6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" guarantees:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>No discrimination\u202f\u2013 nobody can treat you unfairly because of your disability.<\/li><li>Equal access to healthcare\u202f\u2013 you\u2019re entitled to the same medical care as everyone else.<\/li><li>Education rights\u202f\u2013 schools and universities must accommodate your needs.<\/li><li>Access to information\u202f\u2013 government information must be available in accessible formats.<\/li><li>Social security\u202f\u2013 you may qualify for disability grants and support.<\/li><li>Freedom of movement\u202f\u2013 public transport and buildings should be accessible.<\/li><li>Dignity and respect\u202f\u2013 your human worth isn\u2019t determined by your abilities.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div ensures people living with disabilities are not discriminated against but are actively included in the workplace.<\/p><ul><li>Equal opportunity\u202f\u2013 employers can\u2019t refuse to hire you just because you\u2019re living with a disability.<\/li><li>Reasonable accommodation\u202f\u2013 employers must make changes to help you do your job (like flexible hours, special equipment, or workspace modifications).<\/li><li>No unfair treatment\u202f\u2013 colleagues and managers can\u2019t discriminate against you based on your disability.<\/li><li>Career advancement\u202f\u2013 companies must give employees living with disabilities equal chances for promotion.<\/li><li>Safe working conditions\u202f\u2013 your workplace must be accessible and safe for
