It is one of Medscheme\u2019s largest and most critical strategic projects, ensuring members can seamlessly access their benefits from day one of the new benefit cycle.\u202f<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9030c9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f9030c9\" develop new functionality, test thousands of scenarios, and resolve every defect \u2013 all to guarantee operational readiness by 1 January.\u202f<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93f8ccc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"93f8ccc\" 000\u202ftest scenarios\u202floaded\u202fon QC,\u202fmanually executed\u202fand results\u202fvalidated,\u202f132 defects resolved<\/li><li>37 040\u202ftest scenarios executed\u202f<\/li><li>317\u202fdefects resolved\u202f<\/li><li>Approximately 300 Scheme Rule Annexures reviewed\u202fover 61 benefit options\u202f<\/li><li>503 YE related\u202fResQ\u202fcalls logged by the MCOS team\u202ffor system configuration\u202f<\/li><li>336 HEM coding rules reviewed across all coding structures and scheme options\u202f<\/li><li>184 clinical policies reviewed\u202f<\/li><li>250\u202fmedicine\u202fformulary lists created\u202f<\/li><li>90,000 NAPPI codes coded into the Chronic\u202fMedicine\u202fAdjudication Engine\u202f<\/li><li>430 CCSA codes and 6 949 RVUs reviewed and mastered\u202f<\/li><li>944 real-time claims manually checked on\u202f1\u202fJanuary 2026\u202f<\/li><li>2 529 medicine rules checked\u202fand updated\u202f<\/li><li>622 New \/ Rule changes NEXUS Adjudication DE \u2013 622 New \/ Rule changes<\/li><li>51 new plan benefits created \u2013 NEXUS Benefits DE<\/li><li>1037 rate categories updated equating to over 500 000 new rates loaded by the NEXUS Maintenance team<\/li><li>3496 limits updated by the NEXUS Maintenance team<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f704acc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f704acc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Most impressively, the team\u202faccomplished\u202fall of this in just six weeks.
