I am also a strategic person with great leadership skills who can see any task to finalisation or execution, based on previous tasks I have succeed at. I am very committed to tasks at hand and will deliver these for the purpose of upholding the organisation\u2019s objectives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How do you see yourself as a leader<\/strong>?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am an interpersonal leader who is willing to learn and achieve organisational objectives. I have full confidence in giving feedback and am willing to learn and remain motivated. My response to feedback is very professional and profound, to the point of understanding and making others understand my feedback to them. I have developed my mindset over the years, but I am always willing to learn and develop further as an interpersonal leader.
