Whenever the team or I have a question, she\u2019s the go-to person.\u202fYou can ask Khadijah for assistance any time of the day and she will get back to you as soon as she can, even though she has her own work to finish. She\u2019s alert, sharp and gets\u202fthe work done when it needs to be done. She\u2019s loyal and has a great personality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u202fHow does she inspire her colleagues?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am inspired by her enthusiasm, how efficiently she completes tasks, celebrates others\u2019 successes, and responds to uncertainty quickly. She\u2019s smart, makes good decisions under pressure, and is always available whenever I need to vent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khadijah’s special achievements worth celebrating are always helping others, being the team leader\u2019s second in charge, tackling tough tasks with calmness, and being assertive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
