It is a day on which we commemorate the first post-apartheid elections held in 1994, and the day on which our constitution was introduced.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8006a2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8006a2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The first democratic elections were the culmination of years of struggle and a negotiated settlement which led to the unbanning of liberation organisations, the release of political prisoners, and the return of exiles.<\/p>\n<p>Later this month, as we celebrate the birth of our diverse Rainbow Nation, we also celebrate our unique country.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019d like to know how you celebrated Freedom Day.
