Elmarie Smith, Provider Relationship Manager: Special Programs, who has been with the company for 17 years, takes a moment to celebrate her remarkable team, who manages relationships with hospital groups.<\/p>\n

In saying farewell after taking up a new role in the provider management space, Elmarie says she is filled with gratitude for the incredible years spent alongside each of her team members.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u201cI\u2019ve coordinated 13 hospital year-ends and put processes in place to manage disciplines. I\u2019ve lived through changes in the company, in management, in team members and even buildings. I\u2019ve loved this company and every bit of my job for 17 years. But what I am proudest of is this team, the A-Team, that I work with,\u201d Elmarie says.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Elmarie is especially grateful for the leadership of the management team, whose visionary guidance and celebration of individual talents fostered an environment where each team member felt valued and inspired to contribute their best \u2013 an environment where people are challenged, empowered and encouraged; where open communication is accepted, positive attitudes and trust are the norm and respect is earned.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
