A pop-up message in the bottom right of your screen and a tickertape running across the bottom of your screen will remind you of upcoming events, surveys, and important news. The lock screen displays important news about some of our strategic projects on your computer screen when it\u2019s locked. These are some innovations we have adopted to improve the ways we communicate with you.<\/p><p>I\u2019m pleased to see that engagement levels are on the rise. Participation in our recent staff activations for Mother\u2019s Day, Father\u2019s Day, Workers\u2019 Day, and Youth Month is a testament to the strength of our community spirit. Your active involvement not only makes these events successful but also fosters a sense of unity and camaraderie in our business. Thank you also for your input in our Internal Comms Survey \u2013 your feedback has given us lots of ideas to work with, going forward<\/p><p>We asked you to tell us more about a colleague or team that inspires you, and your response was an outpouring of kindness, caring and dedication in true AfroCentric fashion.<\/p><p>I hope you find pride, inspiration, and a renewed sense of connection with your fellow team members as you read AfroScenes.
