Mam\u2019Ella or Ma-E, as her colleagues at the Bonitas Call Centre fondly call her, is known for her loving and caring nature, which has inspired her team to work harder and do better.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u201cElla has found her growth with the company and the company has grown with her \u2013 she knows everyone!\u00a0 With this note of appreciation, I am giving her \u2018flowers\u2019 to honour her,\u201d says call centre colleague Monde Mlambo.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u201cIn the four months I\u2019ve known her, her commitment, her drive and love for her job has never faded, regardless of the pressures.
