Engaging with the public

The Branch Network CLC team and Polmed Fund Management raised their profile by hosting a golf day as well as stands at the annual Police Day in Polokwane in January.

The team had the opportunity to engage with 792 members on site, educating them on managed care programmes, digital communication platforms and general scheme benefits. A total of 404 members underwent health screening at a wellness day. Pharmacy Direct, DENIS, the team from Fraud, Waste and Abuse and Wellness Odyssey also joined to support the member engagement and education drive.
